I have a connection to the Buzby lineage. My Great, Great, Great Grandfather, James Buzby (est.1818-1894) came to Whidbey Island, Washington from New Jersey in 1852.

According to my documentation:

William Buzby (est.1666-1716) married Sarah Seary and had one child, Elizabeth Buzby.

Richard Buzby (est.1670-1747) married Hannah French and had five children; John, Sarah, Thomas, Rebecca and Jane.

Regarding Isaac the descendant of William Buzby his surname was Larkin, s/o Ester Shelly and John Larkin. Ester was Elizabeth Buzby’s daughter. This may or may not be the Isaac you are looking for. I do have record of a couple more Isaacs.
