Samuel BUXTON of VA, was said to have moved to GA soon after the Revolution; he was married to Nancy PLUMMER. They had a son, William BUXTON (b. 1791), of Burke Co., GA, who married Mary HEATH. / Seeking information to establish whether Nancy BUXTON (b. ca. 1795), who married Jacob ELLISTON/ELLISON of Burke Co., GA on 7 October 1813 was a daughter of Samuel BUXTON and Nancy PLUMMER and sister of William BUXTON.
