Larry is possible we have a Portmouth, Virginia connection. My father John William Buxton born 1918 Portmouth Va. Grandfather Herbert Hope Buxton born in Portmouth, Va. 9-3-1886. Great Grandfather William Joseph Thomas Buxton born in Northampton Co.N.C.?? 11-16-1859. GG Grandfather James W. Buxton born in Northampton Co. N.C. 8-12-1835.
GGG Grandfather Josiah or Joseph Buxton married 1834 to Rebeckar Stepenson. Northampton N.C. Information was provided from family bible. Larry any info. would be greatly appricated.
