Hi! Since Starr N. Button is such a unique name, I am pretty sure this is the same person, but I was wondering if you knew for sure if Starr's first wife could have been a Sarah J. Howell? If so, do you know what ever became of her?

In the Buchanan County, Iowa marriage records, there was a Sarah J. Howell who married a Starr N. Button. Ironically enough, they are also listed in Black Hawk County, IA (the county just west of Buchanan County)marriage index as having been married there on 29 July 1863. Sarah was the daughter of Stephen Howell and Mary Helton.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
