Henry Button, my great great grandfather, was born in 1846 in New York. He married Clara Haines in Peoria about 1867 or 1868. He had George Button in 1869 and left his family just before his second son, my great grandfather, Frederick Haines Button, was born. I believe he moved to Joliet, Illinois and married Mary about 1872. They had a son named Henry, born in 1873 and a daughter named Agnes, born in 1877. If you can give me any information on this family or Henry Button Sr.'s ancestry I will appreciate it very much.
