Not much help here but my ancestor was Fannie Almira Button w/o Darius Abel Smith. Fannie b. 1851 Swanton, VT d/o John Hiram Button & his second wife Hannah Stanley.

I don't see any Fidelia among the known relatives of Fannie but her father John Hiram had 1 brother I know of. Leonard Button. b. 1813 Swanton, Vermont, said to have lived in Canada but m. (probably 2nd) Almira Webster at Montgomery VT in Jan. 1861. It is possible that Fidelia was his child.
