Apollos Button born 1787/9 at Canterbury, Windham, CT; died May 5 1855. He married in July 1811, Eliza Ann Neff, born Apr 10, 1790 at Windham; died Feb 20, 1856. She was the daughter of Oliver and Betsey (Button) Neff. Children.

Lucinda, b Feb 9, 1813; died Sept 6, 1834.
Betsey, b June 2, 1814 at Chaplin; married March 8 1835 to Miner Allen.
Amanda, b May 3, 1816; married Sept 30, 1842 to James Watson Rider.
Mary Ann, b Feb 28, 1818 at Windham, married Nov 19, 1840 to Solomon Smith.
