I am working on my,Button, family and I have a Matthias Button, b,@ 1807 in Harrold, England, son of Thomas Button. Thomas was buried in Harrold, England. Name of Thomas'wife (unknown). Matthias, immigrant, came to America on the ship,Abigale, with John Endicot's Party. They arrived at Plymouth, Mass. Sept. 6,1628. He married four times in his lifetime, and had nine children.They were : Mary, Daniel, Sarah, Hannah, Daniel, Abigail, Matthias 11, Peter, and Patience.
Matthias 11 b.17 Mar 1657/58 in Haverhill,Mass., d. 1725 in Plainfield, Conn., married Mary Neff and had nine children.: Daniel, Matthias 111, Abigail, Mary, Sarah, John, Rebecca, Peter, and Zerviah.
I also have Henry Button, son of Joseph. Henry was born in Hopkinton, RI, on Sept 2,1790, and died June 9,1848 in Springville, PA. He was first married to,Sally Fletcher, on Oct 1,1811, in Franklyn County, Mass., and had 14 children. On Oct.1,1837, in Columbus, NY, he married Rachel Fletcher, sister to Sally, and had 4 more children. They are as follows: 1 Henry Leroy, 2 William Romince, 3. Darwin Develle, 4 Deluizon Marquis, 5 Nathan Willis, 6 Nelson Joseph, 7 Daniel Delois, 8 Amos Sweet, 9 Issac Abba, 10 Orson Orlando, 11 Sally Maria, 12 Esther Adalaide, 13 Angeline Ulilla, 14 Silence Lodeska, 15 Johnathan V., 16 Ethanon W., 17 Ann Jeanette, 18 Cynthia Orthela.
I have much more, including information on the lives of many.
Henry Button was adventurous.
