Thanks for replying.
I do have Joseph Button (b 1820 Hawkwell) marrying Elizabeth Gardiner in 1845.
My cousin descends from his sister Hannah Button, & Henry Shelley.
I have only got as far back as Samuel Button (1785-1825)& wonder if you have any more ancestors on that line.
I found parents for his wife Rachel Deeks, then also came to a halt.
I'd be interested to have any more to add to this tree - and my email is hazelha@globalnet.co.uk if you would like any more info from my tree.
