Samuel BUTTERFIELD, Topsham [Orange Co., VT].
Served in Capt. Rogers' Company, Col. Fifield's Regt. Detached Militia in U.S. service 2 months and 18 days 1812.
Volunteered to go to Plattsburgh, [NY] September, 1814, and served 4 days in Capt. James George's Company.
