I have John's death as 1613 and Cresset's as 1612. I would be interested in a copy of the will. Hope you are still checking in on genforum and will read this. Is this couple in your genealogy? From what I understand, Cresset was the child of Anne Neville, mistress of John St. John who was married to Margaret Waldegrave. Thus Cresset was illegitimate.

I descend from John and Cresset's child John Boeteler, who married Lady Jane Elliot. Allegedly, they had a child, my ancestor, Thomas Butler, (brother to the Elizabeth Butler Claibourne). I have never seen proof of this. Would sure like to find some documentation for his lineage from Cresset and John Boteler.
