Gary, I will most assuredly get back to you later: I have recently made a major move to another town, and haven't been focusing on genealogy for some three months now (and just set up computer two days ago), whereas I have been focusing on Butlers in Westmoreland for some years.I too had been terribly querulous about Tutt-Thomas Butler-Underwood connection for some time, and know I have some still-packed data on these folks. There were lotsa Thomas Butlers roaming around Westmoreland: one, "Mr. Thomas Butler", one, "Thomas Butler-tailor" (to distinquish two when involved in same situations).A "Thomas Butler" also married to a Jane -many-times-married.
Please give me a little time to unpack genealogy data, and re-absorb where I left off, and I'll get back to you.
(You can pull up my postings re: Westmoreland Butlers in GenForum; since I'm in a small town & and had to add local ISP, I'm having to piggy-back on AOl.Current Email address is [email protected].
