I don't have any info on any of the BUTLERs you mention. They may be members of the separate group of BUTLERs who lived in western Duplin/eastern Sampson Cos. (Mine were in the SE corner
of Duplin). However, Sampson was not formed, from
Duplin, until 1784 so your early BUTLERs in the area may have
been in Old New Hanover Co from which Duplin was formed in 1750. In my searches, I ran across a Christopher BUTLER, a
blacksmith, in early Bertie Co, but could never tie him to mine. My Elijah was a blacksmith in Duplin. Sorry I couldn't help. Charlie
