Seeking info. on Henderson H. Butcher, that served with/in Capt. William Green Wells Co. that was attached to 10th Ky. (Diamonds) Cav. CSA

later Wells' Co. attached to Col. William S. Smiths Bttn., 45th Va. Cav. until the end of th War for Southern Independence.

My Ggrandfather, William Wallace BROWN. Pvt. also served with/in Capt. Wells Co.

I would like to learn the history of the Men that served in Capt. Wells Co. William Green Wells was from the Greasy Creek area of Johnson Co., KY.
