This is a long shot, too. But, my great grandmother was Martha Jane Butcher. She had brothers, Lee and Newton. Martha's husband, William Tipton Copeland, and brother, Lee, ran in the Oklahoma Land Rush in 1894. Martha died at age 24 in TONKAWA, Ok, June 6, 1900. Martha had one child, Nancy Jane. I, too, would like to know more about Ok Butchers.
