William Edgar & Flora Emily Butcher Wedding Picture

I recently bought a picture at an Oregon Antique Store, on the back is written:
Flora Emile Butcher
William Edgar Butcher
wedding picture

This is written in red ink. Picture is about 3.5 by 4.5 inches. Looking to reunite it with their decendants. It's so rare to find these old pictures with names on the back. Further research shows William Edgar Butcher was born March 18, 1862 in Hancock Co, IN and married Flora Emily Stroup, November 13, 1886 in Harper County, KS.
