Carla, I have similar info as you have on this message board. The only other thing is I believe her name was Mary Butcher but beyond that I don,t know. I know there are a lot of descendants along interstate 64 all the way into Charleston and in Logan and Cabell counties in WV. Perhaps you know of the one, Paul Butcher, who descended from Thomas Jefferson Butcher. Paul attended Marshall University in Charleston, WV, follwed the navy for many, many years and became a vice-admiral.He was stationed at Scott AFB in ILlinois which is not too far from me and his wife Phyllis visited me to talk over Butcher history but that line is not my lineage
