Hello,
I am searching for the relationship between 2 families, those of Bussiere & Vermette, all of the region of St.-Jean,
Chrysostome,Quebec - mid-1800's to early 1900's and beyond!
I have some marriages listed below:
Delina Bussiere(d.o. Guillame Bussiere & Luce Dubois)
m. Louis Vermette(s.o. Jean-Baptiste Vermette & Marguerite
Bilodeau) on 10-17-1881 in St.-Jean Chrysostome,QC.
Marie Bussiere (d.o. Guillame Bussiere & Luce Dubois,also
sister of Delina Bussiere-Vermette) m. Theophile Vermette,
(s.o. Jean-Baptiste Vermette & Marguerite Bilodeau,brother
of Louis Vermette) m. 07-31-1883 St.-Jean Chrysostome,QC.
Eugene Bussiere( s.o. ? & ?) m. Delina Vermette (d.o.
Jean-Baptiste Vermette & Marguerite Bilodeau,sister of
Louis & Theophile Vermette) on Aug. 01, 1922, St.-Jean
Chrysostome,QC.
I am wondering if Eugene is the brother of Marie & Delina
Bussiere-Vermette. Also, looking for a possible family tie
between Guillame Bussiere and Adelard Bussiere(s.o. Alphonse Bussiere & Luciana Gingras) m. Marie Melie Vermette
(d.o. Arsene Vermette & Isabelle Girard) 13 Jan. 1913,
Beauport,QC.
Complicated yes, but I feel that these two families were more then likely related not only by marriage, but also a strong possibility of either Alphonse & Adelard being related as cousins to Delina & Marie Bussiere/ as well as
Marie Melie Vermette being cousins with Theophile,Louis,Delina & their parents, Jean-Baptiste & Marguerite Bilodeau-Vermette!
Someone please help me solve this puzzle, it's hard to do on my own!!!
