I have a little information about Hezekiah (b. 8 Apr 1780 in GA, d. 7 Apr 1848 in AR). Hezekiah and his father, also named Hezekiah, were preachers. My gg-grand father (Elijah Cabaniss) served in the War of 1812 with Hezekiah Bussey. After the war they travelled to Clarke County, AL. Elijah and Hezekiah both married in Clarke County. Hezekiah married his second wife, Ann Elizabeth Cato, on 14 May 1838.
His first wife was Rebecca Shaw, b. 14 March 1787 in SC. They were married in 12 Dec 1804. They had 6 children of this marriage; Rhonda, Harmon, Charles, Hezekiah, Amy Harry, and Harriett Anne.
In about 1838/39 the families moved to Union County, AR. Ann Elizabeth Cato died 28 May 1860 in Union County. Elijah's wife died in Union County and Elijah married second Harriett Anne Bussey (Hezekiah Bussey's youngest child).
I have a few (very few) other details and will be happy to share. However, much of my data is unproved.
