Hi! I am so glad I found your post. I have a lengthy newspaper clipping from 1965 that I recently found in my mother's things that has alot of what you are seeking. I just recently began trying to research my grandparents linage--my granddaddy was Carl Jonathan Brown. I can't list it all right now but I will get back on here tomorrow and give you all the info I have. The clipping lists alot of family names. Columbus would have been my great great grandfather and the newspaper lists my gg grandmother as Marietta instead of Mary Etta. But I know this is the same linage--it lists Bessie who married a Teague. I will get back with you tomorrow. Yay! I have finally connected with someone who can help me. I am very interested in finding out about my great great grandmother's side of the family.
