Hello. I'm searching for information on my family background. The only information I have so far is my great-grand mother (Lena Bussell Mar 1904 - Jan 1995) and my grandfather Kelly Bussell 11 Apr 1923 - 23 Feb 2002). My great-grandfather died in the late 80's in Manchester TN, the same place as my great-grandmother.
My grandfather was born in Kentucky but I'm not sure where. The middle name of my grandfather was Eugene, the same as my uncle and his son (Kelly Eugene Bussell).
I also believe that my great-grandfather was half cherokee and that his mother was born on the trail of tears; her name was Alabama. If anyone out there has any information or suggestions on where I might look, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
