Laura, I have a Mary Polly Buskirk m. to a John Johnson

She was b. aft. 1780 Ohio. I have her parents as Isaac and Jerusha Elizabeth (Littell)(Little) Buskirk. There is some information on this family in Irene Shoemakers Van Buskirk Books. Pages 1289 thru 1336. It has no dob for either one of them and shows only one son Reverand James b. 1812 d. 1884 md. Elizabeth Montgomery. Notation states "There were no doubt other children of John Johnson and Mary Van Buskirk. The compiler was not able to find the Will of John Johnson so that there would be proof for names of the other children". There is son of James and Elizabeth (Montgomery)Johnson, Capt. Amasa Johnson b. 1837 IN d. 1901 m. 1864 Carrie Adelia Sherman and a bit more, if you want it. I would be interested in information you have regarding your ggrandmother, if you are willing to share. Joyce
