16 January 1807. Dorchester Co, Liber HD 24, 72. James Busick of Rockingham County, North Carolina, to Richard Tubman of Dorchester County: part of "Bright's Addition to the Grove" sold to said Tubman by James Busick, late of Dorchester County, deceased (that part of the said tract that was formerly laid off to Elijah Bright by his brothers.) Witnesses: Thos. Jones, Jno. Williams. Acknowledged before Thos. Jones and Jno. Williams, Justices.

Rockingham Co., NC was formed from Guildford.
