Referring to your April 02,2000 posting on Bushrod Family--Does your tree include
Bushrod Sanford who may haye been born in Westmoreland Co. Virginia and married Mary Ann Clarke who was also from Virginia.The
Bushrod Sanfords resided in Washington DC where Bushrod Sanford died in 1881 and was buried in Congressional Cemetery.My ancestors were the Sanford branch that resided in the same area with General Washington's ancestors.
