I have seen several postings that state that Ruth Bushnell, born December 1799 in Bennington County, VT - Married William Smith on December 1818, in Bennington County, VT. He was born on December 6, 1785, in the Town of Manchester, Bennington County, VT, to John & Mary Smith (His birth has been confirmed by the clerk of the Town of Manchester.)
Could you please check your "Bushnell Family Genealogy" to see if there is any mention of this William's parents?
