Chris, I don't have the information directly but there is a book that you can obtain that has the links you're looking for per Dennis Bushnell, a "genealogical cousin" of mine. The book is:
The Bushnell Geneology
by G. E. Bushnell
276 pgs. paper or hard bound ($41.50,$51.50)
respectively.
The book was written in the 1940s about the family of Francis Bushnell and while not in print can be obtained through:

Incidently, Blairs Book Service has a web site that is searchable by surname! I hope this helps.
