I can not find any info to connect this Henry Bushman to any of the Bushman lines, he appears as a single man in the early census twice, in The New Providence , Lanc.,Co. Pa area, He married Fannie (Frances) Brenneman in 1896, she was the widow of George Leonard, they had one son together, John Francis Bushman, who was my grandfather.
There were stories I remember as a child, That three brothers arrived in Baltimore, one settled there, one in Pa and one went west, I realize that as a fairly common story with many families!
There were also stories of a Bushman ancester who was indentured to Edward Hand, as stable boy. How would I verify that? That would possibly connect us with the Leatherly arrival of three brothers???Isn't this fun?
