Looking for any info. on Phoebie Bushey married to Edmond Garceau Oct 1900 in Champlain, NY. Phoebie's parents were Antoine & Julia from Altona, NY. Edmond's parents were Constance Garceau, unable to read mothers name. Another spelling of Phoebie was Philmonine. Busha is also another spelling. any help? if you can help me or vice-versa please e-mail me . Thanks Lee
