BUT Mary Ranney/Ranny married (1) Joseph Bush bapt 4/22/1725 Middletown, CT (well south of Hartford, CT) - who died 6/12/1749. (2) Thomas Davis md widow Mary Bush according to a marriage record found in Middletown, CT dated 1754. Middletown is way to far south to be related to the below John Bush of Enfield/Somers, CT.
To my knowledge I am not related BUT I am trying to find some descendants of Jonathan Bush an early settler of Enfield, CT.
I am seeking a John Jr Bush b 1727 at Enfield, CT
SEEKING WHERE/WHEN DIED; MARRIED/TO WHOM; CHILDREN?
The John Bush I am seeking owned some property originally in Enfield, CT > Somers, CT that wound up as part of Wilbraham, MA. The person I am seeking died prior to a deed 5/10/1782 transferring a part of John's land, a 40 acre farm, from Thomas Davis to his son Kittridge Davis. John Bush had left his land to his wife (unnamed)by his Will, which I am also seeking. How it came into the hands of Thomas Davis, I have yet to discover.
