The Nickerson Family Association (NFA), headquartered in Chatham, Massachusetts on Cape Cod is dedicated to the genealogy of the descendants of William and Anne (Busby) Nickerson, who immigrated to the colonies in 1637 and were the first English settlers of Chatham. Joining William and Anne in the voyage to the New World were Anne's parents, Nicholas and Bridget. As a result, each and every one of those descended from William and Anne Nickerson are also descended from the Busbys.
NFA owns the site of the first Nickerson homestead in Chatham and maintains two buildings on the property - (1) the NFA Genealogy Center, and (2) the Caleb Nickerson House Museum. NFA was founded in 1897 by William Emery Nickerson and we just recently held our 112th annual reunion "Togethering" this month. Our web site is http://www.nickersonassoc.org/
