Hi; I have the marriage record for John B.(1838 Berlin, Delaware Co.OH) and Alice Burwell (1850 Delaware Co. OH) Adams/ married 29 Aug. 1865. I only have 2 children for them: Fannie M. and Nettie B., both born in McDonough Co. IL I found the record for John C. and Adrieanna Rhor Burwell on the IL marriage Web page. John C. & Alice are children of John C. Burwell and Missouri Thorp. Children: Fannie M. and Mary U. Burwell both born McDonough Co.IL.
John C. Burwell and John B. Adams seemed to be traveling together. They even named their daughters the same name. They followed Laura J.(1842 Berin Delaware Co. OH )(Adams John B. sister) and husband Almeron Davis Martin to McDonough to Coles and on to Newton Harvey Co. KS where Almron homesteaded.
Laura J. and Almeron later moved on to Penalosa, Kingman Co. KS where they had a farm and lived the rest of their lives. John C. and John B. moved to Sedgwick Co. KS. I lost John B. and Alice there but John C. and Adreinna are both buried there in Attica twp.
