I'm looking for information on the parents of Nicy Burton. Nicy Burton was married to Daniel McDowell in July of 1831. According an 1850 census report they were both born in Georgia around 1810. They had several children: Isaac, Mary, Nancy, Robert, Samuel, Elizabeth James, John, Susannah and William D. William D was my husband's great grandfather.
