Dear Bob, you are a tremendous blessing and I think we need to get together in private emails, if you are interested, because you have THREE surnames that your JAMES MINGE BURTON is connected to that My Valentine Braswell is connected to.........DAVENPORT (my Valentine married a Davenport) his in-laws included GILBERT (Caleb and Joseph) and MINGE MULLICAN. Other surnames of same interest in either land records, estates, etc for Clarke Co BRASWELLS.....

I don't know if per chance your Burton family and my Braswell family might have traveled together out of NC and into SC/GA OR if the SC Burtons were possible cousins to the GA Burtons or not, but this is a great possible path to go down and find out one way or the other. I think you know my Burton connections with Valentine at this point so I won't mention those again.
