I am searching BURT.
1850 Census states the following:
Burt, Thomas 46 born OH (ca1804)
Alfred 17 b OH (1833)
Jemima 15 b OH (1835)
James 10 b. IN (1840)
Margaret 8 b IN (1842)
Lydia 5 b IN (1845)
My BURT is Margaret "Jennie" Jane Burt. b approx. Apr 24, 1843/47 ??? Ohio
Father: Thomas Burt, sister Jemima. Jemima married Michael Thompson Phillips.
Margaret may or may not be Indian. I can not prove it yet.
She married Joshua "Joe" Marvin Aug 19, 1863 in Blue Grass Grove, Vermilion Co. Ill. He died in the Civil War.
She then married David Morris Mar 24, 1869 in Paxton, Ford Co. Ill.
She signed Pension Affidavit Feb 6, 1868 in Tipacanoe Co, Indiana. May have family there.
Died and buried in Kansas City, Kan. Jan. 6, 1929.
