I am a descendent of Burts from Chicago, but I know very little about them. My great great grandmother's maiden name was Hattie Burt. She was born in March of 1867 in English Canada and died on July 13, 1950 in Chicago. She married Alexander Collins (b Jan 1860 in English Canada, d 1946 in Chicago). I don't know any of her siblings or her parents, but would love any information about these. Hattie and Alexander are buried in Cedar Park Cemetery in Chicago.
