Trisha:

I am Irby Morgan Perrin.

I am down from Lucy Morgan Burt's brother, Irby Morgan. My wife, Gail, and I have been to "Mormon Cem. near Sherman, Tx. It is quite north & east of Sherman... not near town at all.

You will never find it if you don't ask the locals. It is next to a small farm. It is a very tiny cem. and all the headstones have been trampled by cows, etc.. There was no headstone visible for Lucy. It would break your heart if you ever do go there.

Wish Lucy could have rested w/Erasmus, but guess the family had no money by that date.

We have been writing to Aisha Bewley for several years... and we are the folks that gave her the sketch of Lucy's daughter, Fanny & husband Walter Bobo.

We are, tomorrow, leaving Alabama to go to the 100th birthday party of Fanny & Walter Bobo's granddaughter, Juanita Bobo Randolph. She lives in Marietta OK and she is the one who gave us that sketch in 2003 when we last visited.

I have a couple of pictures of "Mormon Cem" and will try to look them up and send to you. Please give me your e-mail. Please write me at gperrin@mchsi.com

Regards, Irby Morgan Perrin
