Martha Burt - 1790

My father has a silver tankard which has the inscription "Martha Burt 1790" on it. The manufacturer's brand on the bottom places the tankard after 1800. Unfortunately my info on the Burt line ends with a Mary A. Burt who married Tinley M. Brooks in the mid 1800's. Both were from Scott County, KY. Any help would solve the puzzle of where this tankard belongs.
