Is there anyone on this forum that might know about a D. M. (do not know what initials stand for) Burt born about 1902 who married a Viola Williams in Tom Green County Texas in 1931?

I found him on the 1930 census of that county as a 28 year old single man. He was born in Texas and states that his father was born in Arkansas and mother in Texas.
