I have no connection to family, only listing a possibility.
Lulu M. Birt also died at JSHosp 6/10/190?/buried in Decatur,Il.
According to Kate Birt's obit, she was born in Michigan City, Ind. I checked the 1900census year and it said Ind also. John was born 10/1842 & Kate 11/1843.
