I am trying to find some information on John Burt born in Ohio. He married Katherine Augustine of Pennsylvania. Their son James Abraham was born in Otis, Indiana, March 1866. James married Lula May Mattox, May 1892 in Decatur, Illinois. At some point while they were in Illinois the family name was changed to Birt. James died in a State Hospital in Jacksonville, Illinois and I believe he is buried somewhere in Decatur. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
