Looking for Burt family that went from Tennessee to Chatham, Ontario, Canada perhaps through Detroit, Michigan
around 1850 or later. They were in Canada by 1860. They may have been slaves and moved up through the underground railroad. Amanda Burt was my great-great grandmother, she was married in Chatham on May 20-1860 and died in 1868.
