I'm still searching for info on the parents of my great grandfather, William Burt. Here's the info I do have.

Birth: May 1830, Tennessee
Death: Bef 1919
Mother: ? Webb

"William Burt was a farmer, a tanner, and was a soldier in the Civil War from Ark."

Sarah Ann Burt. Born on Jan 11, 1853. Sarah Ann died in Howard County, Arkansas on Sep 8, 1881; she was 28. Buried in Fellowship Cemetery, Howard County, Arkansas. Abt 1873, when Sarah Ann was 19, she married Levi Enoch Eudy.
John David Burt. Born in Feb 1858 in Arkansas. On Dec 3, 1876, when John David was 18, he first married Elizabeth E. Rivers, daughter of Richard James Rivers & Martha "Patsy" Cagle, in Howard County, Arkansas. Born on Feb 6, 1859. They had two children Ellen (1877-1955) and James Richard (1884-). Eliza Rivers Burt died and John David Burt has been married three times since.

Rufus Johnson Burt. Born on Aug 7, 1860 in Arkansas. Died on Jan 22, 1951. Buried in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Paducah, Cottle County, TX. Married Eliza Ellen Tate, daughter of James Tate & Mary Elizabeth Rivers. Mary Elizabeth Rivers is daughter of Richard James Rivers and Martha "Patsy" Cagle.
William M Burt's second wife was Martha Rivers, daughter of Matthew Rivers and Mary Prince. Richard James Rivers, father of Mary Elizabeth Rivers, mother of Eliza Ellen Tate, is brother of Martha Rivers, William M Burt's second wife.
Any lead on William Burt's parents will be greatly appreciated.
