I am assuming that the John Bursey you refer to is in the Texas Confederates? If so he was born in 1825 location unk, married in Arkansas. Lived the rest of his life in Texas, mostly near Fort Worth. I don't see any connection between my family and yours through your query history, but would love to hear from you should you wish to persue further. dougb@simplynet.net
