Sorry Jan, My Harris Burruss is of King Wm. Co VA. You have a different Harris. My Harris did m Nancy Hudson in Culpepper Co. She was from Caroline Co. where she md. her first husband. A Jackson, I think. Anyway, they returned to upper King WM. Co. Very close to the border of King WM and Caroline Co. Think he died there. Records are very sparce in King WM. Co. No will survived that I have found. I am trying to put together his first family. My ancestor Susan T. Burruss is probably one of his daus. She married Wm. C. Redd of King William and Caroline Cos. They moved to Randolph Co. MO. Suzy
