Am seeking information on Robert Burrow, born about 1837 in Tennessee, married to Charity, last name unknown. I am guessing that Charity would be Robert's 2nd marriage. Robert's oldest dau., Araminta shows being born in MO, with her father born TN, & mother born MO.
Have just recently found him in an 1880 Crawford Co., AR census as follows;
BURROW, 1880 Crawford Co., AR, Vine Prairie Twp.
Robert m 43 farmer TN TN TN
Charity f 42 keeping house TN TN TN
Araminta f 17 MO TN MO
J.W.J.* m 12 MO TN TN
Robert m 8 AR TN TN
Francis m 5 AR TN TN
J.W.J. is James Washington Burrow (my line). James was in Oregon Co., MO in the late 1880's, & 1890's, then moved on to Randolph Co., AR in the 1900's, & into the 19-teens. He is believed to have died before 1920, as his 2nd wife, Harriet is remarried in 1920 AR census. He married (1)Mrs. Candace Arrena Stubblefield, nee Gaseway, (2)Mrs. Harriet Ketchum, maiden name unknown.
I am also guessing that Araminta is a family name, as I have seen several females in various state census with this name.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have very little information on the BURROW line, but am willing to share what little I have.
