Raymond Burroughs and Elizabeth Foster

All of the Family Trees containing this family show Raymond Burroughs' death in 1845; however, I have found that Elizabeth Foster married Elisha Thornton in 1937. I believe Raymond died in 1836. Is there any documentation?
