Herricane Cemetery is near my boyhood home in Wms. Co IL. I am also from a Burris/Burress line from Christian Co KY. There was a Charles Burres living a couple of houses from my line (Berry Burris and Fredrick Burress...brothers). There older sister was Harriet Burress Walker, wife of Daniel Walker who they lived with on the 1850 Census. The father was Thomas Burress and wife Lovely Cox. We can not place the Charles. But the name Wiley was a grandson of Berry through his son John Daniel Burris. Some Burris and Benton's married in Christian Co. in the late 1800's.
