John Burris, b 1823, Daviess CO IN married Oct 1849 to Sarah Cannon daughter of James Cannon and Nancy burgin in Daviess County IN. They had 6 children in Washington Twp, Daviess CO before moving to MO to join John's brother Peter and his family.
I am looking for confirmation of John's parents: Thomas Burris b 1770 mother Dicey Carden b 1774. They were married in Albemarle CO VA in 1792 and moved to IN in/around 1820 where they had 7 more children.
