My ggrandfather was named Andrew Thadeous Burris. Commonly known as Thad. b.approx.1850 in KY. and m. Betty Powers. I'm beginning to believe our last name was changed somewhere down the line during census and I'm looking for every avenue I can.I've been told Thad's father was Perry Green Burris/Burress born approx. 1820. I can't find any info on this line at all. Please help.
