My husband has no knowledge of these Bluefield, West Virginia, Burresses that you have mentioned. His father's family was not close to their cousins in his youth and no information was forthcoming from the elders regarding the extended family. They had no family reunions, there were no visits with aunts and uncles more than one generation back, nothing.
